Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science or a related role, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with experience using big data tools like Spark and Snowflake.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques, experimentation, and production-level deployment is essential.
• Experience analyzing structured or sequential data, particularly from user activity logs, is necessary.
• Candidates should be skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A self-starter with strong prioritization skills and comfort with ambiguity is preferred.
• A background in Trust & Safety, deep learning (LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering), or experience with real-time prediction systems is a bonus.
• An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field is a plus.
