Key accountabilities include designing and conducting hypothesis-driven experiments, developing cutting-edge machine learning models, investigating adversarial behavior, and integrating data science solutions into production systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science or a related role, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with experience using big data tools like Spark and Snowflake.
Expertise in machine learning techniques, experimentation, and production-level deployment is essential.
Experience analyzing structured or sequential data, particularly from user activity logs, is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A self-starter with strong prioritization skills and comfort with ambiguity is preferred.
A background in Trust & Safety, deep learning (LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering), or experience with real-time prediction systems is a bonus.
An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field is a plus.
