A partner company is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in the United States or Canada.
This is a fully remote position within a fast-growing SaaS company focused on building a data-first go-to-market (GTM) engine.
The Senior Data Scientist will design and implement scalable data systems, drive high-impact insights, and optimize business processes to enhance growth and operational efficiency.
The role reports to the VP of Business Operations and involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams to improve funnel performance, enhance automation, and foster a strong analytics culture.
The position is suited for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, integrating technical and business perspectives, and creating scalable data solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or operational roles.
Advanced skills in SQL and Python are required, with a strong technical foundation preferred.
Experience in building and deploying data models is necessary; machine learning experience is a plus.
Candidates should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and precision.
Comfort in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment is essential.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams is required.
A curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for identifying root causes and improving processes is important.
Bonus points for experience in the restaurant industry or in building GTM systems for B2B companies.
