Requirements:
A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on SQL experience in a work environment is necessary.
Experience with causal inference, including both experimental and observational methods, is required.
Candidates must have experience defining informative metrics and developing actionable reporting for business areas.
Proficiency in building reports and visualizations using Tableau or similar data visualization tools is essential.
The ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams is required.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate business questions into actionable analysis projects and own a data roadmap for a business area.
