• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical problem statements and hypotheses, developing analytical models, and ensuring business value through effective communication of results.
• Key responsibilities include collaborating with business partners, developing and deploying data science solutions using Python, SQL, and PySpark, translating models into production-ready code, implementing CI/CD pipelines, designing and optimizing machine learning models, and contributing to sprint planning and documentation.
• The position requires working independently to tackle complex problems and mentoring a growing team of Data Scientists.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist is required.
• Hands-on experience in data science, particularly in unsupervised learning and customer analytics, is essential.
• Strong experience with clustering algorithms and dimensionality reduction techniques such as PCA, t-SNE, and UMAP is necessary.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is required for this position.
• Proven ability to build and deploy Streamlit dashboards for model explainability and business consumption is a must.
