The role is for a Senior Delphi Developer to join an international team building robust, high-performance software systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with modern Delphi versions and a strong background in developing and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs.
This is a hands-on development role, suitable for someone who enjoys working on backend architecture and API integrations within a scalable desktop application environment.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Delphi, building and enhancing RESTful and SOAP APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, writing clean and testable code, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Delphi development, preferably with versions XE7 or newer.
Proven experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs is required.
A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles is necessary.
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle is essential.
Familiarity with multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning in Delphi is expected.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote teams are essential.
