  • The position is 100% remote for select locations, with a hybrid schedule option for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area.

  • The Senior Demo Solutions Engineer will act as a strategic technical advisor and product evangelist during the pre-sales process.
  • Responsibilities include leading complex demo engagements, developing demo environments, collaborating with sales and product teams, and delivering engaging demonstrations.
  • The role also involves automating demo environment deployment, training teams on demo best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, demo engineering, or technical product marketing.
  • A strong knowledge of software development, SaaS, APIs, and cloud platforms is required.
  • A proven track record of influencing enterprise-level deals through tailored demos and POCs is essential.
  • Experience in creating or managing technical environments for demos or POCs is necessary.
  • Candidates should be able to translate technical features into business value.
  • Experience with team leadership and mentorship is required.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with sales and demo automation tools is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
