Description:

  • Rocket Code is seeking a Senior Developer with experience in artificial intelligence and conversational agents to join the technical team of ADI, their autonomous agent platform for corporate environments.
  • This role will be crucial for building scalable microservices, developing conversational integrations with LLM models, and ensuring technical quality in deployments for regulated sectors.
  • Responsibilities include developing microservices in Node.js and TypeScript for orchestrating autonomous conversational agents, integrating language models like OpenAI, Gemini, or Ollama through frameworks like LangChain, and participating in the integration of vector databases for semantic searches and context management.
  • The developer will contribute to building robust APIs connected to channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Web, ensure code quality, versioning, documentation, and good engineering practices, and participate in code reviews and technical sessions led by the Tech Lead.
  • Collaboration with QA and DevOps is essential to ensure automated deployments and continuous monitoring in AWS.
  • The position is remote.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Software, Systems, or related fields is required.
  • Candidates must have over 5 years of software development experience, preferably in SaaS or distributed environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis is necessary.
  • Experience integrating language models (LLMs) and tools such as LangChain, Zep, or Ollama is required.
  • Knowledge in designing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs is essential.
  • Experience in cloud environments, ideally AWS (EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, S3), is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and continuous integration workflows (GitHub Actions, Docker) is necessary.
  • Key soft skills include logical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities, the ability to explain technical solutions clearly and effectively, and an autonomous, committed, and collaborative attitude.
  • A continuous learning mindset and a desire for constant code improvement are important.
  • Language requirements include native or fluent Spanish and Portuguese for effective internal and external communication, and sufficient technical English to read technical documentation.
