The Production Engineering team consists of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, focusing on maintaining stability, cost-effectiveness, and performance while architecting the platform's future.
The position requires tackling complex technical challenges alongside a capable and empathetic team.
Requirements:
Candidates must be located in mainland US or Canada and available to work within US/CAN hours, covering Eastern to Pacific time zones.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience deploying containerized workflows in AWS is required.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, preferably Terraform.
Demonstrable experience with CI/CD tools (Circle CI, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools for deployment automation is necessary.
Intermediate working knowledge of networking, firewalls, and load balancers is required.
Some experience in a programming language such as C, Rust, or Go is preferred, with a preference for Go.
Availability to participate in an on-call rotation is mandatory.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between US $155,000 - $190,000, plus equity.
