The team is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various venture projects adjacent to core businesses.
The role involves active participation in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will tackle technically challenging problems and oversee design and coding for features.
This position requires close collaboration across multiple functions within the organization.
You will engage in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming innovative product ideas to finalizing details before launch.
Responsibilities include developing tools for application and performance monitoring, contributing to system architecture design, and deploying cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
You will improve and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, design and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions, and automate operations and processes.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
Solid experience in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is mandatory.
Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications is required.
Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana is necessary.
Experience with logging systems like Fluentbit and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch is essential.
Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is a plus.
A strong background in Linux and network concepts is required.
Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD is advantageous.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps and AWS is required.
The ability to write maintainable code is expected.
A strong interest in technology and financial environments is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
