Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles, with a proven track record in cross-team collaboration and developer tooling.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes (especially EKS), container orchestration, and AWS cloud infrastructure management is required.
  • Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, particularly Datadog, is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading CI/CD pipeline implementations that enhance developer productivity and software quality is necessary.
  • Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems and proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • A collaborative and inclusive working style is important, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate developer needs into actionable requirements.
  • Candidates should be passionate about continuous learning and knowledge sharing, with a commitment to progressive values aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, service-oriented architectures, and GraphQL is a plus.
