Requirements:
Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles, with a proven track record in cross-team collaboration and developer tooling.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes (especially EKS), container orchestration, and AWS cloud infrastructure management is required.
Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, particularly Datadog, is essential.
Demonstrated experience in leading CI/CD pipeline implementations that enhance developer productivity and software quality is necessary.
Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems and proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

The competitive salary range is $173,676 - $210,741, with final offers based on experience and team parity.
