The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of software delivery pipelines to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.

The position requires leadership in the analysis, deployment, and maintenance of mission-critical systems for corporate and production environments.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role is essential.
Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products, services, implementation, and methodology is required.
A high level of Linux knowledge and experience, particularly in Rocky Linux, along with configuration management using Ansible is necessary.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, building containers, and deploying via CI/CD pipelines using Helm charts and GitOps best practices is required.
Proficiency in Nginx, PHP, and MySQL is essential.
Knowledge of NoSQL solutions such as RabbitMQ, SOLR, and Couchbase is required.
A good understanding of networking concepts and solutions is necessary.
Ability to devise and implement CI/CD pipelines and practices is essential.
Strong determination and work ethic to find optimal solutions to problems is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.
A solid understanding of networking concepts, technologies, and protocols (TCP/IP, IPSec, HTTPS, DNS) is necessary.
Experience with information security risk assessment and analysis of Google Cloud native services is required.
Ability to analyze potential attack vectors and understand the impact of security threats on systems is essential.
Awareness of relevant industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) is necessary.
Benefits:
The salary range for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
