• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining current product infrastructure, participating in building Private/Public Cloud-based platforms, closely collaborating with developers, proactively analyzing systems, supporting development teams, mentoring peers, and welcoming new ideas and projects.

Requirements:

• You must have strong IT fundamentals, including networking, OS, virtualization, security, data management, programming, scripting, and cloud computing.
• Experience in designing, planning, delegating work, and maintaining projects is required.
• You should have experience in creating and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in large-scale environments.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD automation using GitLab CI or similar technologies is necessary.
• Expertise with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK is required.
• You must have experience in the design and implementation of successful automations, including IaC, Helm, and self-developed solutions.
• It is nice to have experience with public or private cloud-based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc.).
• Leadership experience in driving DevOps projects or owning areas and implementing across teams is preferred.
• Mentorship and coaching experience is a plus.
• Project development experience with Go, Python, or other programming languages is also desirable.

• The gross salary for this position ranges from 23000 to 30000 PLN per month, with openness to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
