• Responsibilities include working with customers on their existing DevOps ecosystems, understanding the technical and strategic reasoning behind systems architecture, guiding teams through project and pipeline migrations, communicating the benefits of standardization, engaging with developer communities, and providing training on custom tools and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have advanced knowledge of the GitLab CI/CD ecosystem, including pipeline architecture and best practices.
• A solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts and usage is required.
• Experience with various build and packaging tools such as Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker, and Bazel is necessary.
• Deep expertise in build troubleshooting is essential.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade security and quality tools like HashiCorp Vault, SonarQube, Veracode, and Prisma is expected.
• A solid grasp of version control strategies, including branching models and release workflows, is required.
• Candidates should have a solid understanding of security, compliance, and access controls in regulated enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices is necessary, along with the ability to guide teams toward adopting scalable, standardized approaches.
• Comfort in Agile/SAFe environments and strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Datadog for system performance insights is required.
