Remote Senior Devops Engineer

• The position is for a Senior DevOps Engineer with responsibilities including managing production-level Kubernetes environments, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3 to 7 years of experience in DevOps/SRE, with at least 2 years of experience in production-level Kubernetes, including upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Proficiency in a mainstream CI/CD tool such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins is required.
• Familiarity with Helm/Kustomize and container image optimization techniques, including multi-stage builds, SBOM, and image signing is necessary.
• A solid understanding of Linux/network fundamentals, scripting (Bash), and proficiency in one backend programming language (either Go or Python) is essential.
• Experience in blockchain node operations, including mainnet/testnet deployment, data directory and snapshots, upgrades and rollbacks, and monitoring and alerting is required.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and EFK/ELK/Loki, as well as an understanding of OTel, is necessary.
• Strong security awareness is required, including secrets management, CVE governance, image and dependency scanning, and adherence to the principle of least privilege (RBAC).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to write Runbooks, Playbooks, change proposals, and post-mortem reports.
