Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support a federal modernization effort focused on transforming legacy systems into secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native architectures.
This role is integral to advancing enterprise DevSecOps maturity and enhancing cloud-based infrastructure reliability across hybrid environments using AWS.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and AWS service architecture.
Responsibilities include designing, building, configuring, and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines in AWS environments using Terraform and CloudFormation.
The engineer will lead efforts to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
They will develop secure and resilient solutions using AWS services such as EKS, S3, Route53, and more.
The role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD strategies using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
The engineer will build and manage Blue/Green deployment zones for production environments and architect landing zones while managing AWS cloud resources in a multi-account structure.
They will apply DevSecOps best practices to ensure security, scalability, and operational excellence.
Collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive agile practices and continuous integration is essential.
The engineer will provide leadership in DevSecOps tooling, strategies, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering within large-scale enterprise environments, preferably Fortune 100.
A minimum of 3–5 years in a senior DevSecOps role with proven expertise in cloud-native deployments is required.
Extensive experience with AWS services, infrastructure setup, and cloud automation is necessary.
Hands-on skills with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, EKS, S3, and DNS are essential.
Experience designing and implementing microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures is required.
A strong background in Agile development methodologies is necessary.
CI/CD expertise with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI is required.
Experience with Java and mainframe migration efforts, with z/OS exposure preferred, is necessary.
Familiarity with application analysis tools and modernization methodologies is required.
Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
