  • This role involves leading the strategic sales vision, managing Key Accounts, and driving revenue within a designated territory.
  • The position requires up to 50% travel and can be remote, with 1-2 designated in-office working days each week for employees living within 50 miles of Palo Alto, CA, or Baltimore, MD.
  • Responsibilities include generating pipeline and closing new accounts, leading customer account planning, overseeing contract negotiations, developing a team of Health Systems Partnership Executives, and directing the health systems implementation team.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of healthcare/biotechnology sales experience at a senior level, focused on targeting health systems/IDNs; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Previous diagnostics experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven people management experience leading health system sales is necessary.
  • Established relationships with C-suite decision makers in the healthcare ecosystem, including health systems and payers, are essential.
  • Extensive experience in strategic account management or alliance/partnership management, including developing and executing enterprise-level account strategies for major health systems, is required.
  • Experience in developing and deploying unique programmatic/platform-centric approaches to enable growth with customers is necessary.
  • A demonstrated history of negotiating and securing complex, high-value contracts with health systems for product utilization and implementation is required.
  • A consistent history of exceeding financial targets and delivering measurable business impact at both regional and national levels is essential.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and lead teams through periods of rapid growth and change is required.

Benefits:

  • The total compensation for this role ranges from $245,000 to $280,000 per year, including salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skillset, years and depth of experience, certifications, relevant education, and geography.
