Remote Senior Engineer, Platform (C#)

Description:

• Oak Engage is seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer with expertise in C#/.NET to enhance their server-side systems.
• The role involves designing and delivering high-availability, high-performance services for a product used by major UK brands.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in back-end development with C#/.NET and experience at scale.
• A deep understanding of software design patterns, systems architecture, and secure development is required.
• Experience in designing APIs with a focus on security and best practices is essential.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure is necessary, with Azure experience being advantageous.
• Experience in agile environments with modern DevOps toolchains is expected.
• Strong communication and technical collaboration skills are required.
