The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for leading enterprise customer acquisition for epay's Skylight in Europe.
This software is cloud-native and available on all three major cloud provider marketplaces.
The successful candidate will have a strong record of prospecting new customer relationships in the enterprise compliance software field in Europe.
Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline of new prospects and closing a high ratio of pipeline leads.
The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with the president of epay to enhance go-to-market direct and partnership plans aimed at revenue generation and growth.
Additional duties involve working closely with other Euronet entities to jointly prospect and close new business.
The role requires proactive prospecting to build a full pipeline of new lead opportunities and performing weekly sales preplans.
The candidate must understand Skylight’s technology build and ensure customers are aware of its base features.
Acting as a point person on RFPs and serving as a market liaison to inform epay of customer demand changes and suggestions for evolving the Skylight solution is also required.
The Senior Sales Executive must ensure that epay's technical program management is equipped to implement each new customer successfully.
Cold calling fintech and payment businesses, as well as networking at trade shows and industry groups, is expected.
Requirements:
Candidates must have five or more years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the compliance software solution industry, specifically in BSA/AML/Fraud.
A proven ability to plan and execute outbound sales activities across the region to generate new business leads and cross-sell opportunities is essential.
Deep experience in handling major or key customers is required.
CAMS Certification is preferred.
The candidate should be self-motivated, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient and demonstrable experience in creating value-based demonstrations and selling complex solutions is necessary.
Experience in objection handling and negotiating, along with the ability to write and direct proposal preparation, is required.
The candidate must exhibit professionalism and the ability to interact with customers at the executive level.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative demeanor are essential.
Proficient technology skills, including an understanding of the financial technology marketplace and emerging trends within the industry, are required.
The candidate must be willing to travel as required to meet with new prospects, colleagues, or attend industry events.
The ability to perform needs analysis and ROI analysis is necessary.
Candidates should be able to self-motivate and work independently with little supervision.
Proficient skills in business, sales, CRM, and job-specific applications (word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, etc.) are required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
