The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for leading enterprise customer acquisition for epay's Skylight in Europe, a cloud-native compliance software available on major cloud provider marketplaces.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in prospecting new customer relationships within the enterprise compliance software field in Europe.
Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline of new prospects, closing a high ratio of pipeline leads, and collaborating with the president of epay to enhance go-to-market strategies for revenue generation and growth.
The role involves working closely with other Euronet entities to jointly prospect and close new business.
Key tasks include proactively building a full pipeline of new lead opportunities, performing weekly sales preplans, and ensuring customers are informed about Skylightβs technology and features.
The Senior Sales Executive will act as a point person on RFPs, serve as a market liaison to communicate customer demand changes, and ensure successful customer launches with epay's technical program management.
Additional responsibilities include cold calling fintech and payment businesses and networking at trade shows and industry groups.
Requirements:
Candidates must have five or more years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the compliance software solution industry, specifically in BSA/AML/Fraud.
A proven ability to plan and execute outbound sales activities across the region to generate new business leads and cross-sell opportunities is required.
Deep experience in handling major or key customers is essential.
CAMS Certification is preferred.
Candidates should be self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in creating value-based demonstrations and selling complex solutions is necessary.
Experience in objection handling, negotiating, and directing proposal preparation is required, along with professionalism and the ability to interact with customers at the executive level.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative demeanor are essential.
Proficient technology skills, including an understanding of the financial technology marketplace and emerging trends, are required.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with new prospects, colleagues, or attend industry events is necessary.
Candidates must be able to perform needs analysis and ROI analysis.
The ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal supervision is required.
Proficient skills in business, sales, CRM, and job-specific applications (such as word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, etc.) are necessary.
Fluency in English is required.
