The role of Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer involves explaining technical concepts and working closely with major companies to solve complex problems.
The engineer will join a team dedicated to understanding customer issues, innovating data usage, and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives to eliminate technical and business obstacles in sales, advocating for customer interests, and creating compelling technical content.
The position requires engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop creative technical solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years focused on enterprise companies.
Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
Experience in selling Martech and/or Data Solutions is required.
Familiarity with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs is necessary.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in Customer Data Platforms.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $170,000-$220,000 (70/30 split variable) USD per year.
The position is location independent, adhering to Hightouch's remote-first policy.
