• Softermii is seeking a Senior Flutter/Dart Developer with 5+ years of experience, located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• The project focuses on developing technological solutions for the mobility industry, including aviation, shipping, and railway transportation.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining enterprise mobile applications in mobility and fintech, working with distributed systems, and collaborating with the team.
• The team consists of an engineering manager, senior backend developers, QAs, a product owner, and a client CTO, operating in the EEA or Switzerland time zone.
• Tools used include Jira, Confluence, Git, and Figma.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a senior level of experience with at least 5 years of commercial experience, including freelance work, preferably in fintech.
• Experience in rapid growth fintech or SaaS companies is considered a plus.
• Extensive experience with Flutter/Dart and related architectures, such as Bloc and asynchronous data flows, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Candidates must be based in the EEA and possess a valid work visa.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary.
• Effective collaboration in agile teams, with the ability to give and receive feedback, is expected.
• A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new concepts are important.
