Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing apps using Flutter and Dart, with strong knowledge of widget lifecycles and rendering optimization.
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming, streams, and futures in Dart.
• Demonstrated ability to create complex UI/UX with animations and platform-specific design responsiveness.
• Strong experience with state management libraries such as Riverpod, Provider, and BLoC.
• Solid understanding of backend integration, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and Firebase services.
• Proven experience optimizing app performance and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development priorities with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English (C1+), with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with Git and CI/CD processes for Flutter applications.
• Bonus: Experience in automated testing using Flutter’s native framework.
• This is a full-time, permanent remote role based in Latin America.
