Remote Senior Front-End Developer (React,TypeScript)

Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer (React/TypeScript) or Full Stack Developer with strong front-end experience and some exposure to .NET on the backend.
• You will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic environment within FusionHit, working with our client in the financial sector.
• This long-term position offers the opportunity to shape and develop internal tools using cutting-edge front-end technologies, with occasional contributions to backend services.
• Our client is a leader in the financial services industry, specializing in innovative equipment financing solutions.
• Their mission is to modernize the way businesses secure funding for essential assets by providing customized leasing options that meet diverse company needs.
• This project focuses on building a new internal application to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
• Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• You must have 5+ years of experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript.
• A strong understanding of modular frontend architecture and best practices is necessary.
• Experience working with design systems and shared UI kits is required.
• Proficiency in styling with CSS Modules, SCSS, or CSS-in-JS is essential.
• You should have strong knowledge of React Router for routing.
• Experience working in monorepo environments is required.
• Proficiency in unit testing with Jest or similar frameworks is necessary.
• A solid grasp of state management patterns such as useState, useContext, and Redux is required.
• A track record of improving performance and following modern frontend best practices is essential.
• Familiarity with linting, code formatting, and pre-commit hooks using tools like ESLint, Prettier, and Husky is necessary.
• Some experience integrating front-end apps with backend services, ideally using .NET / C#, is required.
