Requirements:
US Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirements.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering enterprise products is necessary.
Exceptional coding skills with a bias towards solid architectures and system creation are required.
Experience with iterative development processes, thriving in dynamic and agile environments is essential.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working alongside design and product partners are required.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript and front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node / Deno, TypeScript, NextJS React, Tailwind) is necessary.
Comfort in supporting production systems and debugging challenges in distributed systems is required.
A growth mindset with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies as required is essential.
Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $215,000 USD.
