The position is 100% remote and requires the application of best practices in daily work.
The IT Delivery team consists of over 50 international colleagues working from home, emphasizing companionship, enjoyment, continuous improvement, and collective knowledge.
In the first month, the new hire will get to know the team, projects, and stakeholders, familiarize themselves with the framework and technologies, and start contributing improvements.
By three months, the developer will work independently with stakeholders and contribute to project evolution and improvement.
After six months, the developer will manage projects appropriate to their expertise, interact with stakeholders, and continue technical evolution.
Responsibilities include participating in the software development lifecycle, designing high-performance web interfaces, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, maintaining component libraries, monitoring frontend performance, implementing testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must be good people, possess initiative and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate teamwork and empathy.
They should be results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum) is required.
A solid background with 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer is necessary, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Experience with Astro, Tailwind CSS, and modern static site generation is a plus.
Hands-on experience with frontend testing libraries and frameworks such as Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright is required.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals for web applications and proven experience in third-party application integration is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with API integration and management of asynchronous data flows.
A basic understanding of microservices architectures and the ability to work with legacy code is required.
Knowledge of design patterns and reference web architectures is essential.
Basic knowledge of cloud providers and their main services is a plus, and certifications related to these skills are highly valuable.
