Key responsibilities include designing and implementing high-quality web experiences using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next, Angular, or Vue.
The engineer will optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility across various devices.
Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers is essential to translate requirements into captivating member experiences.
The role requires writing clean, reusable, and testable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
The engineer will connect with RESTful or GraphQL APIs to deliver seamless data and feature integrations.
Continuous improvement is expected by staying current with evolving frontend technologies and proactively suggesting enhancements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on frontend technologies, specifically JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficiency in at least one modern UI framework such as React, Angular, or Vue is required.
An understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and application performance optimization is necessary.
Experience integrating with RESTful or GraphQL APIs is essential.
Familiarity with frontend tooling such as Webpack, Babel, or similar build systems is required.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD practices is important.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required, along with a passion for delivering impactful member experiences.
