As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative features that enhance customer experiences, including an AI hiring tool and an automated payroll solution.
Your role will involve driving your squad to develop critical features, collaborating with designers, product managers, and UX specialists, writing automated tests, developing and maintaining web application components, conducting testing and code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements:
You must have over 6 years of experience in Frontend Software Development.
Experience in CI/CD, web application performance tuning, and ReactJS/Redux applications is required, along with a deep understanding of Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS/Redux, and building tools such as Webpack, Rollup, and ViteJS.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
You should have demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
A strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology is necessary.
You need to be a team player who prioritizes colleagues and has a highly adaptable and versatile work approach.
A passion for learning and sharing knowledge, along with a willingness to challenge peers and accept challenges, is important.
Experience in translating design wireframes into functioning UI components is required.
