Requirements:
The candidate must have 5+ years of front-end expertise, with at least 3+ years of deep experience in React & Next.js.
A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Capacitor development for production mobile applications is required.
Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor IDE, Claude Code, and Figma MCP is essential.
The candidate should demonstrate AI productivity multipliers, consistently shipping complex features in days using AI assistance.
A strong technical foundation in React, Next.js, Capacitor, Tailwind CSS, Socket.io, and Git is necessary.
Experience with Docker for local development setup and deployment is required.
The candidate should have experience with high-load systems and complex real-time architectures.
Excellent collaboration skills for hyper-velocity development environments are essential.
