The Discovery Experiences team focuses on building systems and surfaces that enhance how users find, explore, and engage with content.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of high-impact features across discovery surfaces, leading frontend development on AI integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evolving frontend architecture.
The role involves shaping experimentation efforts, contributing to design reviews, mentoring peers, and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in building and evolving user-facing features using modern web frameworks, with a strong understanding of shared libraries and application architecture.
Ability to own work from discovery to implementation, balancing innovative ideas with practical constraints.
Experience collaborating with product, design, and data teams to solve complex problems.
Comfort in navigating uncertainty and change, maintaining a calm presence amidst shifting priorities.
