Requirements:

• Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in building and evolving user-facing features using modern web frameworks.
• Must be comfortable owning work from discovery to implementation, balancing bold ideas with practical constraints.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and data teams to solve ambiguous problems is essential.
• Ability to work through uncertainty and change while maintaining a calm and constructive presence is required.
