Remote Senior Full Stack Developer (JavaScript & PHP)

Description:

• Pearl Talent connects top candidates with leading startups in the US and EU, focusing on long-term success and retention.
• The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing user-facing workflows.
• This role requires hands-on experience with JavaScript and API integrations, with PHP experience being a strong plus.
• The developer will collaborate closely with the founder and the current development team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient problem-solving.
• Immediate tasks include reviewing the existing environment, diagnosing performance bottlenecks, and improving user onboarding experiences.
• The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
• Candidates must have strong availability for same-day feedback loops and morning syncs.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with JavaScript for both front-end and back-end development.
• Proven expertise in API integrations and building/managing webhooks without relying on Zapier is required.
• Ability to work with PHP is highly valued, though not mandatory.
• Clear familiarity with GoHighLevel backend workflows or comparable platforms is necessary.
• Strong English communication skills and availability during morning CST hours are essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and autonomy, taking ownership and delivering results quickly.
• Proficiency with coding accelerators such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Replit Copilot is required.
