Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React is required.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL is required.
• Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., Google Cloud) and experience in building scalable applications is essential.
• Candidates should have experience scaling products from launch to maturity and improving them to meet user and business needs.
• Proven ability to drive features from concept to delivery is necessary, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Tech leadership experience in guiding engineers to innovate and solve complex problems is required.
• Experience in engineering-driven teams with shared ownership of outcomes is preferred.
• Nice to have: Mobile experience with React Native and experience with cloud-based environments such as AWS.
