Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of direct experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in delivering, modifying, and maintaining modern full stack JavaScript Node.js applications with React and GraphQL is required.
• Familiarity with integrating AWS infrastructure (DynamoDB, RDS, S3) or similar is necessary.
• Experience with test-driven development practices and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• Candidates should have experience with Git for version control, including issue/feature branching and merge requests.
• Flexibility to handle other technical tasks and projects, including devops, data management, infosec, legacy systems, and device hacking, is expected.
• A foundation in computer science and web application architecture is required.
• Understanding the importance of delivering value to clients, not just completing tasks to specifications, is crucial.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
• Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work fully remote.
• Flexibility to jump between different projects in all stages of the development cycle is important.

Benefits:

• The starting base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year.
