Remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer

• The company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team and drive the development of user-centric applications.
• The role involves owning features from conception to deployment and collaborating closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams.
• Responsibilities include building and maintaining end-to-end features, designing and integrating REST APIs, optimizing database performance, deploying and supporting applications in production, and leading through collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of full stack development experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready features across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js is required, including a deep understanding of React fundamentals, hooks, component design, and SSR/ISR patterns.
• Backend expertise in Python (FastAPI) and/or Rust is necessary, with hands-on experience building and scaling APIs in FastAPI.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling is required, including the ability to design normalized schemas, write performant queries, and manage database migrations.
• Comfort with realtime technologies such as WebSockets or server-sent events is essential.
• Proficiency with Docker and AWS fundamentals is required, including experience containerizing applications and familiarity with AWS services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• A bias toward ownership and practical problem solving is expected, with initiative in unfamiliar areas and a pragmatic, ship-focused approach to trade-offs.
