Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-oriented)

Description:

• Workana is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-oriented) to join the core technology team of a future digital asset private banking platform.
• The platform offers the same financial services as traditional banking but leverages digital assets and the unique benefits of blockchain technology.
• The role requires strong backend expertise and autonomy in frontend development, with the ability to participate in architectural decisions and implement end-to-end features.
• The ideal candidate should have experience with robust products, technical vision, and the ability to solve complex problems with real impact.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have over 5 years of experience in backend development, participating in system design and architecture.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with REST APIs and/or gRPC is required.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and handling large volumes of data, is essential.
• Previous experience with Go (Golang) or a strong interest in adopting it is necessary.
• Proven experience with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch is required.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of operating system concepts, including processes, threads, locks, and containers.
• For frontend development, the candidate must have over 3 years of experience developing web interfaces with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React (preferred) or Vue is required.
• The candidate should have experience in developing responsive UIs, good UX/UI practices, and efficient API consumption.
• Knowledge of frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, or Cypress is necessary.
• The candidate should possess good judgment in error handling, performance, and behavior in complex interfaces.
