  • As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, DemandGen, you will lead the modernization of Honor’s digital infrastructure by migrating from a legacy .NET/Optimizely CMS platform to a scalable and performant Next.js + React + Sanity CMS stack.
  • Your work will directly impact user experience, web performance, and the demand generation strategy, enhancing engagement across digital channels.
  • You will be part of the DemandGen team within the Product & Engineering organization, focused on building and maintaining digital platforms that drive client engagement and business growth.
  • Responsibilities include leading development of full-stack features, driving CMS migration, collaborating with product managers and designers, writing clean code, owning technical architecture decisions, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews and sprint planning.

Requirements:

  • You must have 8+ years of professional experience working with .NET/C#.
  • Expertise in React is required, with bonus points for experience in Next.js.
  • Proficiency with Azure and cloud-native development is necessary.
  • A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to both legacy and modern environments is essential.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this role.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure is preferred.
  • Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end tooling is also preferred.

  • Honor offers a competitive hiring salary range of $175,500 - $195,000 USD.
