As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, DemandGen, you will lead the modernization of Honor’s digital infrastructure by migrating from a legacy .NET/Optimizely CMS platform to a scalable and performant Next.js + React + Sanity CMS stack.
Your work will directly impact user experience, web performance, and the demand generation strategy, enhancing engagement across digital channels.
You will be part of the DemandGen team within the Product & Engineering organization, focused on building and maintaining digital platforms that drive client engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities include leading development of full-stack features, driving CMS migration, collaborating with product managers and designers, writing clean code, owning technical architecture decisions, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews and sprint planning.
Requirements:
You must have 8+ years of professional experience working with .NET/C#.
Expertise in React is required, with bonus points for experience in Next.js.
Proficiency with Azure and cloud-native development is necessary.
A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to both legacy and modern environments is essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this role.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure is preferred.
Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end tooling is also preferred.

Honor offers a competitive hiring salary range of $175,500 - $195,000 USD.
