Feeld is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a backend focus to join their remote team.
The role involves core product engineering, specifically working on the Feeld mobile app and its backend systems to deliver new features and updates.
The engineer will collaborate with a team of 6 engineers and 1 lead, focusing on key product areas such as onboarding, discovery, chat, and member care experiences.
Responsibilities include building experiments, features, fixing issues, supporting team members, aligning with peers for user experience, and monitoring current systems to address technical debt.
Requirements:
Candidates should have extensive backend development experience, preferably with TypeScript, and a solid understanding of AWS technologies.
A strong grasp of development best practices, particularly regarding security and potential attack vectors, is essential.
Familiarity with frontend development, especially for Android and iOS platforms, is required.
Experience with scalable and distributed systems, focusing on performance and reliability, is necessary.
Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, message queues, and serverless functions is important.
Proficiency in debugging React Native mobile apps and contributing to features is expected.
