• You will architect and deliver new features on the Svelte-based front end that delight customers.

• You will elevate engineering practices through improvements in testing, observability, and CI/CD.
• You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence.
• You will partner with product and design teams to craft effortless and intuitive experiences.

Requirements:

• You must be able to own and deliver complex features end-to-end.
• A strong design eye and high attention to detail are essential.
• You should have deep experience with modern frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue, and architectural patterns.
• Experience in building reliable, scalable web applications in fast-moving environments is required.
• You must care about clean, maintainable code and thoughtful technical decisions.
• Enjoyment in mentoring others and improving team-wide practices is necessary.
• Bonus points for experience with FastAPI, Svelte, Python, AWS, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AI/ML or a curiosity to dive into AI is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company with product-driven collaboration is also a bonus.
