• Hertility Health is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a permanent, remote role based in the UK, working 40 hours per week.
• The salary range for this position is £70k - £75k, with most offers starting at the lower end and potential for growth based on performance.

• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be a key member of the Engineering Team - Customer Pod, responsible for building the Web and Mobile platform to support customers.
• This role involves line managing junior engineers, helping them develop their skills, and delivering new features.
• Responsibilities include planning and scoping work, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality code production.
• The engineer will lead end-to-end delivery for new product features, drive architecture and maintenance of platform infrastructure, mentor junior developers, and identify delivery risks.
• The role requires championing engineering excellence, demonstrating command of the tech stack, and fostering effective communication within the team and across the business.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong desire to line manage and mentor junior engineers.
• A deep command of the tech stack, including Typescript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, React-Native, Terraform, AWS, and Github Actions, is essential.
• Effective communication skills are required to collaborate across the business and articulate complex ideas clearly.
• A collaborative mindset is necessary, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning culture.
