• Human Agency is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their remote team in the US.
• The role involves leading development initiatives and contributing to SaaS products, focusing on backend architecture, frontend design, and AI/ML integrations, particularly in generative AI technologies.
• Responsibilities include developing backend algorithms for content processing, building APIs for content workflow management, creating secure PDF upload workflows, and integrating authentication mechanisms for enterprise customers.
• The engineer will collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize models like OCR and generative AI solutions, implement RAG use cases, and design workflows for large-scale data processing.
• The position also requires establishing CI/CD pipelines, conducting security evaluations, managing infrastructure for custom AI solutions, and building integrations leveraging company-specific datasets.
• Future-focused development includes evaluating tools for secure data management and supporting the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails, with significant backend experience is required.
• Experience in designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms is necessary.
• Hands-on expertise in integrating generative AI tools, such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks, into SaaS applications is essential.
• Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases, and embedding pipelines is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build workflows for enterprise clients.
• Frontend development experience in modern frameworks like React or Vue is needed, along with the ability to assess and recommend appropriate tech stacks.
• A strong testing background with experience in automated and manual testing is required.
