  • The role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and experience in integrating AI-powered tools.
  • The engineer will work across the stack using Next.js and AWS Serverless technologies to create user-facing features and backend services that leverage large language models and vector databases.
  • Responsibilities include building scalable, full-stack applications, integrating with LLM APIs, developing AI-powered product features, designing prompt engineering, and collaborating with product and design teams.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience with deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS Serverless development, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS, is required.
  • Candidates should have experience integrating LLM/AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
  • Proficiency in Next.js is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of key AI concepts, including temperature tuning, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversation memory management, function calling, and prompt engineering techniques, is essential.
  • Experience in building and deploying full-stack applications is required.
  • Nice to have: prior experience working on AI/LLM-integrated products, familiarity with tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, or LangChain, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

  • The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000, influenced by location and job-related skills and experience.
