Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack capability is required, ideally with deep backend and/or frontend experience.
• A proven track record of leading small teams or acting as a staff/principal engineer is necessary.
• Strong understanding of modern software design, cloud infrastructure, and LLM APIs is essential.
• Candidates should be passionate about code quality, scalability, and developer experience.
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and lead by doing is important.
• Experience in healthtech, edtech, or clinical tools is a bonus.
