The role of Senior Full-Stack Engineer involves scaling Nabla’s AI-driven healthcare platform and taking ownership of key back-end components.
Responsibilities include designing and building server-side applications and APIs, leading integrations with EHR systems, optimizing back-end architecture, guiding architectural discussions, collaborating with various teams, and mentoring junior engineers.
Nabla processes 10 billion tokens per month and automates the generation of clinical notes, significantly saving time for clinicians.
The technology stack includes Kotlin, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, Python, Google Cloud Platform, and PostgreSQL.
The position is based in Paris with a flexible remote work policy.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of industry experience in back-end or full-stack engineering.
A strong foundation in computer science or a related discipline is required.
Proficiency in one or more back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, Python) and front-end frameworks (React, Vue) is necessary.
Deep experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems is essential, with GraphQL and OpenAPI experience being a plus.
Candidates should be comfortable making architectural decisions and driving technical strategy.
Writing clean, maintainable code and maintaining high software quality standards is expected.
Clear communication in English is required.
Bonus points for experience with cloud infrastructure, security/compliance, or healthcare data standards (FHIR).
