Talent2Win is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node + React) to join a high-performing engineering team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on a contract basis, with remote work options available.
The role involves building scalable, high-quality software for a global Human Experience Management (HXM) platform that supports HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.
Responsibilities include contributing across the stack from React frontends to Node.js/TypeScript APIs and AWS infrastructure, participating in code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions.
The engineer will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions, simplify and modernize existing architecture, and write various tests to ensure product reliability.
The position requires taking ownership of the full development lifecycle, including implementation and monitoring, while maintaining a proactive approach to understanding the entire system.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building software in production environments and 3+ years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
A solid understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS, with Azure experience being a plus, is required.
Experience with front-end tools such as React Router, Tailwind CSS, Remix, and accessibility libraries like React Aria is necessary.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is a plus.
Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including clean code, performance, and testing, are essential.
The ability to work across the stack is required, even if the candidate has a stronger background in one area.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines are necessary.
An ownership mindset and eagerness to improve product and engineering practices are expected.
