Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software engineering with full-stack proficiency, ideally with strong backend and/or frontend expertise.
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams or acting as a staff/principal engineer is required.
• A deep understanding of modern software design, cloud infrastructure, and LLM APIs is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and serverless AWS infrastructure is essential.
• A passion for code quality, scalability, and improving developer experience is expected.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments are required.
• Bonus points for experience in healthtech, edtech, or clinical tools.
