CoverGo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Support & Observability to join their global engineering support team.
This role involves working directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance systems, tools, and processes.
The position requires solid software engineering skills and strong knowledge of observability.
The Support Team serves as the first line of technical assistance for customers and internal stakeholders, advocating for customers and improving support tools and documentation.
Responsibilities include triaging support issues, analyzing system behavior using observability tools, debugging application code, and taking ownership of technical issues.
The engineer will work with a technical stack that includes AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and various programming languages such as .NET and NodeJS.
The role requires providing support coverage during the late shift (3:00 AM - 12:00 PM Vietnam Time) and includes weekend work with corresponding weekdays off.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in support or full stack engineering with a focus on delivery, observability, and cloud technologies.
Strong hands-on experience in software development with modern technologies such as .NET or NodeJS, and React or Vue.js is required.
Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems is essential.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools for metrics, logs, and tracing in microservice architectures is necessary.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of customer issues through to resolution are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to build rapport with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
A customer-first mindset, a humble attitude, and an eagerness to help others are essential traits.
Candidates must be adept at frequent context switching and managing multiple projects with expansive ownership.
Willingness and availability to work the late shift is required.
