Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take full ownership of features end-to-end, bringing ideas to life across both Android and web platforms for agri SMEs, exporters, and enterprise buyers.
• You will design and build customer-first UIs by working closely with users—farmers, cooperators in the field, and enterprise teams—to deliver intuitive, elegant, and high-performing applications.
• You will own the feature lifecycle, which includes ideating, designing, building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving production-quality features such as farmer enrollment, order management, and traceability dashboards.
• You will ship fast and measure impact by breaking down features into deliverable milestones with measurable outcomes (e.g., “onboarding flow conversion +20%”, “app startup under 2s”).
• You will develop cross-platform excellence by building seamless interfaces using React and React Native (Android).
• You will implement offline-first sync by utilizing Supabase RealTime with conflict resolution to ensure smooth performance in low-connectivity environments.
• You will build robust backends by designing clean APIs, business logic, and integrations in Node.js/TypeScript (Cloudflare Workers).
• You will leverage AI-powered development to enhance productivity and quality through code agents, AI-assisted QA pipelines, and prompt-based scaffolding.
• You will collaborate effectively by pairing with the Lead Engineer on design, code reviews, and reducing tech debt, while fostering knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• You must have 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong expertise in React and React Native (Android).
• You should have a proven ability to build user-friendly mobile and web interfaces in close collaboration with product and design teams.
• A strong track record of end-to-end feature ownership in production environments, from design to iteration, is required.
• Familiarity with Supabase, real-time synchronization, and offline-first solutions is necessary.
• You must be proficient in building clean APIs and backends with Node.js/TypeScript (Cloudflare Workers).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, code agents, prompt-based workflows) is essential.
• A strong sense of product quality and customer impact beyond performance metrics is expected.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup—shipping quickly, iterating often, and owning your work.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
