You will be part of the Data Sync Team within the Data Platform Group, which aims to enable significant, scalable, and sustainable value via data and insights.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in Computer Engineering/Science fundamentals, including concurrency, multithreading, data structures, architecture, and design patterns.
Advanced coding skills in Java and JavaScript are required.
Experience in building and shipping web frameworks at scale is essential.
Hands-on experience in building cloud-native data platform features using infrastructure-as-code principles and tools is necessary.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help teams find clarity and direction is important.
Visionary thinking to craft technical strategy and delivery roadmaps with thoughtful planning and bold ambition is expected.
Proven experience in leading critical projects from start to finish, balancing technical depth with pragmatic decision-making.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
Passion for mentoring and inspiring teams, using leadership to amplify the impact of those around you is essential.
Curiosity and a desire to explore emerging technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve are important.
Hands-on experience using AI in coding/programming to drive greater impact is preferred.
