This position is for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at MNTN, located in the United States.
It is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced full stack engineer to contribute to the development of a next-generation marketing platform.
The role involves leading the development of scalable, performant, and innovative solutions across the front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and will have the chance to shape the engineering culture at a fast-growing tech company.
Key responsibilities include designing and building end-to-end solutions for a robust marketing platform, optimizing front-end interfaces and back-end services, and engaging in cross-functional collaboration to translate business goals into technical solutions.
The engineer will lead architectural discussions, champion best practices in testing and code quality, participate in peer code reviews, and mentor team members.
Responsibilities also include optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps practices and integrating AI productivity tools to enhance engineering efficiency.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and React.js, including state management, async programming, and modern React features such as Hooks and Suspense.
A minimum of 3 years of experience using TypeScript, particularly in Node.js server environments with strong typing standards, is required.
Proven expertise in HTML/CSS is necessary, including responsive design, CSS architecture, accessibility (WCAG), and data visualization.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design, is essential.
Solid testing skills using unit and integration test frameworks are required.
Experience with DevOps tools, including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build systems, is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required, along with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
