Remote Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• Radformation is seeking a self-motivated Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their fully remote team.
• The role involves using engineering expertise to impact cancer care worldwide by building software that clinics rely on daily.
• The engineer will help shape the future of RadMachine, the flagship cloud-based platform for machine quality assurance (QA).
• Responsibilities include driving feature development, owning technical implementation across frontend and backend, and improving system performance, usability, and stability.
• The engineer will write clean, testable, and maintainable code, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Team collaboration is essential, with participation in daily standups, sprint planning, and peer code reviews.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in modern software architecture, web design, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience is necessary.
• Strong proficiency with Git, repository management, CI/CD practices, web UI development using JavaScript, Python, and Django framework is required.
• Experience with Linux development environments, Docker, HTTP/S, REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and PostgreSQL or other relational databases is essential.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud infrastructure providers is needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Preferred experience includes modern authentication protocols, cloud security best practices, advanced web programming skills, systems programming capabilities, CI/CD pipeline automation, and knowledge of healthcare data standards.
